How To Stop Hunting Down Your Clients

Can you imagine having people reach out to you every day asking you about your business, products for services? Today we are talking about attraction marketing. Attraction marketing is a strategy that actually attracts others to you who already want to work with you or buy what you have to offer. It sounds too good to be true, right? How do you actually do this?

First off, people join people, not companies….the key is learning to brand yourself! This strategy can be a game-changer, especially for my MLM and network marketing gals.

Your company, product, or service is not unique but YOU ARE!

When you develop a personal brand you are giving yourself the ability to survive any shifts that occur such as if your company shuts down or you decide to leave to go to another company.

The basis of attraction marketing is leveraging something that you are very good at, that your audience also wants, and then to SERVE & IMPACT your audience with consistent VALUE. This is the whole core of what we teach in the Chaos to Clarity Society. Here are a few steps to get you started:

1. Find Your Passion & Your Audience

What do you LOVE talking about? You cannot come up with content or talk about something that doesn’t excite you. You also won’t be able to help people without passion!!

For example, if you are a health coach, but it’s a struggle for you to work out and you have no interest in learning more about health and fitness, you may be in the wrong line of work.

Next, you have to be crystal clear on exactly who you are speaking to! Who is your ideal client? Is it a busy working mom that loves fitness and is dying to leave their 9-5 job? Maybe a stay-at-home mom who is looking for a sense of purpose that wants to start a business? Is it a busy entrepreneur who is sick of spinning their wheels on social media and isn’t spending enough time on their actual business??

You will direct your posts, stories, etc to that ideal client…like to really talk to him or her! This will help you connect with that perfect person and they will start to feel like they are getting to know you. This is how you start establishing a relationship with your ideal client.

2. Identify the Pain Points

You have to be able to put yourself in the shoes of your audience and that ideal client. Write down their dreams and desires. Next, make a list of all of the struggles that they are facing while trying to achieve these goals and dreams. What keeps them up at night? What is the first thing they think about in the morning?

Your goal is to have the solution to those problems. This is not about making a sale….this is about HELPING your audience and ideal clients.

3. Build a Relationship

What if you aren’t sure what your audience struggles with? The best way to uncover their pain points is to actually talk to them! Ask questions and make note of their answers and comments on your social media posts and stories.

Find their biggest problem, and provide the perfect solution. How can you do this for free without giving everything you’ve worked towards away? Tell them WHAT to do and save the step-by-step HOW to do for your products or services.

The VAST MAJORITY of marketers never talk to their prospects or clients and then complain they aren’t making any money. Ultimately you are losing money if you are not connecting with and taking the time to discover what each individual prospect TRULY wants and needs.

Your goal is to UNCOVER THEIR PAIN & PROVIDE THE PAIN KILLER!

4. Add Value

Once you’ve identified what your audience or ideal client is struggling with you are going to add value to their lives by providing content that solves those struggles. Valuable content is content that addresses your audience’s top challenges, problems, and struggles and then provides solutions and answers.

This content can be in the form of social media posts, videos, blog articles, free pdf downloads, infographics, cheat sheets, and the list goes on. The key is that this content is all free! As an entrepreneur, you are a professional problem solver! Of course, I recommend using some of that content as a way to start building your email list where you can continue to add value, but we’ll get into more detail about that in another post.
